During our consultation we will analyse your circumstances in detail to discuss the best pathways to meet your immigration objectives, always considering the current legislation. Suitable for: PR Pathways assessment, Employer-Sponsored visas, Skilled visas, Global Talent visa, NOICC response, AAT Review cases, Complex cases and any other visa matter.

Cancellation Policy

RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT If you wish to re-schedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. CANCELLATIONS As some case research may take place before your scheduled appointment, we do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments. However, we take exceptional circumstances beyond your control into consideration thus we consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Any cancellation refund will exclude the online payment fee. LATENESS AND NO SHOWS If you are late to your appointment you may not receive the full consultation with our Register Migration Agent. If you don't attend your appointment, your consultation fee is forfeited, and you will need to pay the fee again should you wish to reschedule. SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS This consultation does not cover services that extend beyond the consultation itself. Further questions via email or any other medium need to be covered by another agreement, and paid for separately. The Agent is not responsible to advise the Client regarding changes in requirements arising afterwards.
